How to make a deal with Netflix after-sale services

Now that the Netflix streaming service has officially launched, the next question is, what’s next?

In order to ensure the company is properly protecting its users’ data, Netflix has decided to release its After-sale Services Terms and Conditions (ASL) on a public API to help users understand what they can expect when using After-sale Services.

The terms and conditions are quite short and clear: You are allowed to use After-Sale Services as described in these Terms and Condition and you agree to not use any of these After-Sales Services except as expressly provided by Netflix.

As with all terms and condition, these terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles or the conflict of laws rules.

Create an account and download the Terms and conditions of Netflix.


Click “Create Account”.


Create your Netflix account.


Enter your email address.


Select the “Account Info” tab.


Fill in your personal information.


Select “Settings”.


Select a login method.


Provide your username and password.


Enter the password to log in. 11.

Click on the “Login” button.


Provide the Netflix account credentials.


Check “Allow me to access your account” to allow Netflix to access it. 14.

Click the “Sign In” button to confirm the terms of your Netflix subscription.


After Netflix is complete, you’ll be prompted to create an account with Netflix to manage your account.

Netflix reserves the right to restrict or remove your account at any time.

Netflix may restrict access to your account in accordance of your privacy settings.
