Cartier’s After Sales Service is in the news

The After Sales service provider, Cartier-Authorised After Sales, is currently in the headlines after it was recently awarded $10 million by the Federal Government.

The Federal Government says it is committed to providing $20 million over four years to support the development of an Australian After Sales program.

The program aims to provide small businesses with the tools to deliver more effective and cost-effective customer support services and provide the customer with more value through more efficient and streamlined communication.

“We believe our After Sales platform is a critical element of our strategy for the Australian consumer and we are committed to ensuring it remains one of our best-performing services,” says John Collins, Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group.

“The $10-million award will be used to accelerate the rollout of the Australian After-Sales service to small businesses.” AAP/ABC
